Services
Breastfeeding Consultation €165
- One to one consultations in the comfort of your own home.
- I will take your medical history and birth story. I will assess a breastfeed if your baby will feed while I am there.
- I will leave you with a customised breastfeeding plan for you and your baby.
- Nipple shields/flange inserts/measurement included if required.
- I will follow up with you via WhatsApp or Phone for the next 2-3weeks where we can assess how things are going and tweak the plan together to suit you.
- You may need a follow up consultation. This will be discussed if needed and is offered at a reduced rate of €50.
Breastfeeding assessment in the comfort of your own home (approximately 1.5-2hours) and follow up for 2-3 weeks afterwards via phone/what's app.
Online Consultation €140
Breastfeeding consultation for you and your baby, online. Lasts approximately 1-1.5hrs.
Feeds can be observed online, I will take a full medical history of you and your baby. Medications, birth and feeding all will be discussed. We will discuss your concerns and issues. I will give you a full plan afterwards based on what we have discussed and will follow up for 2-3 weeks afterwards.
You may need a follow up consultation. This will be discussed if needed and is offered at a reduced rate.
Online antenatal consultation to prepare you for breastfeeding. 1 hour personalised to you and your feeding goals. Maybe you have had a previous breastfeeding experience you would like to chat through or you would like to feel more prepared this time around. You may be a first time parent with concerns around 'how to' breastfeed. Or maybe you have concerns over Breast Shape, previous surgery, PCOS, Diabetes or other issues that may impact your breastfeeding journey.
Follow up consultation €50
For previous clients if you would like a follow up consultation via phone/online or locally to Roscrea. (Approx 40 mins- 1hr)
This must be booked within 3months of our our first consultation.
Mother Nurture in my Pocket €50
This can start from as early as in the hospital. Contact via what's app for 2 weeks. Send pictures/videos of feeding/latching to be reviewed. Ask questions. Can be a group with both parents and myself. Breastfeeding, expressing, bottle feeding, nappies, normal infant behaviour, all supports offered.
Perfect for the first weeks when your baby is born and you're getting to know each other. Or might be suitable for you for a particularly difficult week or two and you are not sure what to do.
*A full consultation may be suggested if there are specific issues such as faltering weight gain or other serious concerns.
Mini Consultation €50
Online / Via Phone.
Perfect if you want to troubleshoot a small, specific issue like use of a nipple shield, nipple pain or making a plan for expressing, maybe you want help with antenatal harvesting, or maybe you're going to a wedding and leaving your baby for a few days and need some help to plan and prepare.
In person Antenatal Consultation €150
In person Antenatal Consultation. (1hr-1.5hrs)
