Prepare to Breastfeed Class (online)
Prepare to breastfeed your baby and learn what to do if things go to plan. We will cover hand expressing, latch and positioning, common issues, common concerns in early days, what to do if things don't go to plan expressing, using bottles, how to know your baby is getting enough, how to deal with mastitis and engorgement.
Upcoming Classes: Sep 15th, October 27th 6-30-9pm. €59.99. This includes handout, video recording and a discount for postnatal consultation if desired.

Postnatal Breastfeeding Consultation €160
Breastfeeding assessment in the comfort of your own home (approximately 1.5-2hours) and follow up for 2-3 weeks afterwards via phone/what's app.
- One to one consultations
- Customised breastfeeding plan for you and your baby
- Lactation expertise
- Follow up over 2-3weeks and troubleshooting.
- Nipple shields/flange inserts/measurement included if required.
- You may need a follow up consultation. This will be discussed if needed and is offered at a reduced rate.
Postnatal Consultation online €120
Breastfeeding consultation for you and your baby, online. Lasts approximately 1.5hrs.
Feeds can be observed online, I will take a full medical history of you and your baby. Medications, birth and feeding all will be discussed. We will discuss your concerns and issues. I will give you a full plan afterwards based on what we have discussed and will follow up for 2-3 weeks afterwards.
You may need a follow up consultation. This will be discussed if needed and is offered at a reduced rate.
Follow up consultation €60
For previous clients if you would like a follow up consultation via phone/online. (Approx 40 mins)
This must be booked within 3months of our our first consultation.
Mother Nurture (MN) in my Pocket €50
Contact via what's app for 2 weeks. Send pictures/videos to be reviewed. Ask questions. Can be a group with both parents and myself. Breastfeeding, expressing, bottle feeding, nappies, normal infant behaviour, all supports offered.
Perfect for that first week when your baby is born and you're getting to know each other. Or might be suitable for you for a particularly difficult week and you are not sure what to do.
Will respond within 24hours, but typically within a few hours.
*A full consultation may be suggested if there are specific issues such as faltering weight gain or other serious concerns.
Mini Consultation €50
Online / Via Phone.
Perfect if you want to troubleshoot a small, specific issue like use of a nipple shield or making a plan for expressing, maybe you're going to a wedding and leaving your baby for a few days and need some help to plan and prepare.
Antenatal Consultation (online) €120
Online antenatal consultation to prepare you for breastfeeding. 1 hour personalised to you and your feeding goals. Maybe you have had a previous breastfeeding experience you would like to chat through or you would like to feel more prepared this time around. You may be a first time parent with concerns around 'how to' breastfeed. Or maybe you have concerns over Breast Shape, previous surgery, PCOS, Diabetes or other issues that may impact your breastfeeding journey.
In person Antenatal Consultation €150
In person Antenatal Consultation. (1hr-1.5hrs)
Maybe you have had a previous breastfeeding experience you would like to chat through or you would like to feel more prepared this time around. You may be a first time parent with concerns around 'how to' breastfeed. Or maybe you have concerns over Breast Shape, Poly cystic ovaries, Diabetes or other issues that may impact your breastfeeding journey.
