Breastfeeding Consultation €170

• One to one consultations in the comfort of your own home. 
• I will take your medical history and birth story. I will assess a breastfeed if your baby will feed while I am there. 
• I will leave you with a customised breastfeeding plan for you and your baby.
• Nipple shields/flange inserts/measurement included if required. 
• I will follow up with you via WhatsApp or Phone for the next 2-3weeks where we can assess how things are going and tweak the plan together to suit you.
• You may need a follow up consultation. This will be discussed if needed and is offered at a reduced rate.

Breastfeeding assessment in the comfort of your own home (approximately 1-2hours) and follow up for 3 weeks afterwards via phone/what's app. 

Online Consultations: 

Antenatal and Postnatal €150

Online Postnatal Consultation

Breastfeeding consultation for you and your baby, online. Lasts approximately 1-1.5hrs. 

Feeds can be observed online, I will take a full medical history of you and your baby. Medications, birth and feeding all will be discussed. We will discuss your concerns and issues. I will give you a full plan afterwards  based on what we have discussed and will follow up for 3 weeks afterwards. 

You may need a follow up consultation. This will be discussed if needed and is offered at a reduced rate.

Online Antenatal Consultation 

Online antenatal consultation to prepare you for breastfeeding. 1 hour personalised to you and your feeding goals.  Maybe you have had a previous breastfeeding experience you would like to chat through or you would like to feel more prepared this time around. You may be a first time parent with concerns around 'how to' breastfeed. Or maybe you have concerns over Breast Shape, previous surgery, PCOS, Diabetes or other issues that may impact your breastfeeding journey. 

Follow up consultation €100

For previous clients if you would like a follow up consultation via phone/online or locally to Roscrea. (Approx 45mins). You will get one week follow up support with this. 

This must be booked within 3months of our our first consultation. 

Bottle Feeding Consultation €100

A bottle feeding consultation offers personalised, expert support so feeding feels calm, comfortable, and responsive to your baby — whatever your feeding journey looks like.

Many families are surprised by how much there is to learn about bottle feeding. From choosing the right equipment to understanding your baby’s cues, small adjustments can make a big difference to comfort, intake, and your confidence.

You might benefit from a consultation if you:

Want to introduce a bottle while protecting breastfeeding

Are combination feeding and need a sustainable plan.

Have a baby who is gagging, coughing, leaking milk, or taking very long or very short feeds or is very colicky, windy or unsettled.

Feel unsure about teat flow, bottle type, or positioning

Are worried your baby is taking too much or too little milk

Want your partner or another caregiver to feel confident with feeds

Are exclusively pumping and want feeding to be more responsive and paced

Have been told to top up feeds and don’t know how to do this in a way that supports your goals

During your consultation we look at more than just the bottle. We assess your baby’s feeding behaviour, positioning, milk volumes, flow rate, and your overall feeding plan. You’ll receive clear, practical guidance tailored to your baby and your parenting style — not one-size-fits-all advice.

With the right support, bottle feeding can:

Protect breastfeeding and your milk supply if you are breastfeeding.

Reduce wind, reflux symptoms, and feed-related stress

Help your baby stay in control of their intake

Allow other caregivers to feed your baby confidently

You will leave with a step-by-step plan, the reassurance that you are doing the right thing for your baby, and the confidence to feed in a way that works for your whole family

Flange/shield fitting for Pumping €100

Ensuring your breast pump fits you perfectly is really important for comfort, will help you get the most volume of milk and ensure you don't run in to pain or issues with the breast not draining properly while maximising your supply. 

This is suitable for anyone who is pumping but particularly useful for anyone exclusively pumping, has a baby in NICU/SCBU or having issues with discomfort/pain or mastitis while pumping. 

This in-person fitting will give you: 

• A personalised size fitting
• From there we will get you to pump with chosen size and try other sizes around your measurement to get the perfect fit
• We will also have you try different shapes of flange/shield to ensure the maximum comfort for you.
